Unfortunately, I'm rather new to this and especially to this program, so it'll take a little time to get use to it. It seems that it doesn't allow pictures to be posted in messages and also it doesnt't allow files to be posted without a server link, which I don't have.

Anyway, as an experiment to see if this catches on with the BSC coaches as a place to share info and discuss our ideas, here goes nothing.
